2. Summary

• You don't need to create an account.
• Your photos and routines are stored only on your phone. We don't receive them or send them to anyone.
• To show rewarded ads we use Google AdMob, which may collect data from your device as explained below.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.

3. Data that stays on your device

• Photos you import: only if you use the card import feature. They are stored in the app's private storage and never leave your phone.
• Settings and routines: chosen decks, each trick's settings and saved routines.
• Free daily use: the count of sessions and reveals of the free plan.

We have no access to this information. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or delete it from within the app.

4. Permissions

• Camera and photos: requested only when you choose to import an image. You can refuse them and keep using the app with our decks.
• Motion sensors: for effects triggered by moving the phone. They need no special permission and their data is neither stored nor sent.

5. Ads (Google AdMob)

The free plan offers optional rewarded ads: they are shown only if you choose to watch one to get an extra session, and never during a performance. To show them, Google may collect the device's advertising ID, IP address, technical device data and ad interactions. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.

In regions where the law requires it, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice in the app's settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only the confirmation needed to unlock what you bought. Your payment details are handled by Google under its own terms.

7. What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data.
• We don't upload your images to any server.
• We don't use your photos to train models or for advertising.

8. Children

Magician's Ally is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Since your personal data in the app is on your device, you can view, change and delete it yourself at any time. For any question or request about your data, write to us at and we will reply within a reasonable time.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we will also tell you inside the app.
